What are the delivery times and costs?
Shipping is free when you purchase a set (on orders of €199 or more), for home delivery or pickup at a relay point in mainland France. For orders under this amount, shipping is €3.99. Your order is shipped within 24 business hours.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return an item to us in its original condition, unwashed and with its tags. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part. Write to us at sav@zony.fr with your order number.
What is PLAX™?
Developed in Japan, PLAX™ is a technical fiber derived from plant-based resources such as sugarcane. Plant sugars are fermented to produce lactic acid, which is then converted into PLA. This fiber is naturally antimicrobial and odor-resistant.
